Read the official scope literally

The primary documents for an accessible, lower-stimulation catalog describe account eligibility, catalog controls, supported devices, and known feature limits. They do not promise that every item will suit every child. Treat each statement as a boundary around one feature.

Match the source to the claim. YouTube Kids documentation supports YouTube Kids catalog behavior. Supervised-account documentation supports supervised YouTube behavior. PBS and Kanopy documents describe their own libraries. A source for one route does not prove another route behaves the same way.
